My recent stay was fantastic! I loved lounging by the stunning outdoor pool and soaking up the sun on the comfortable sun terrace. The only downside was that the elevators were a bit busy at times, but that didn't take away from the great experience overall. 😊

Fantastic stay with exceptional service

I had a splendid stay in a Spectacular Suite 1 King Bed that was spacious and cozy. The staff went above and beyond, especially at the restaurant where they remembered my name and preferences. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby areas. However, I did find the breakfast a bit overpriced for what was offered.

Had a great time during our two-night stay! The Wonderful King Studio offered beautiful views, and the vibrant pool area was a highlight! Don’t miss the delicious cocktails at the bar. Just a tip, the breakfast service can be slow, so plan accordingly!

My room was super cozy and perfect for one or two people. The decor was funky with a retro vibe, which I really liked. Loved the comfortable bed and the W style touches around. It felt like a nice blend of modern and homely. Just a chill atmosphere overall.

Checking into the W Los Angeles West Beverly Hills felt promising. The lobby buzzed with a lively atmosphere, but that didn’t last once we got to our room. The bathroom was spacious but had some quirks. The walk-in shower was tight, making it hard to keep water contained, and the hand shower didn’t fit properly in its mount. We wished for more counter space, especially traveling with family. the tiny sink didn’t cut it for us. It lacked basic bathroom essentials like shampoo and conditioner, which felt off for a higher-end hotel. On the upside, the suite was nice and the beds were comfy. The pool area impressed with its beautiful design, and the general location is fantastic, close to great shopping and dining. However, the noise from the evening crowds was overwhelming. The music in the lobby got obnoxiously loud by evening, which made relaxing difficult. It felt like they catered more to a party scene than to families or business travelers. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, adding some positive vibes to our stay. Overall, I enjoyed some aspects but also faced several issues that needed addressing. Better soundproofing and attention to everyday essentials could really elevate the experience here.
